Who should be at SourceCon? SourceCon is for you if you’re a sourcer or a recruiter who sources. SourceCon is for you if you source or recruit for a large or small corporation, a staffing firm, a search firm, or an RPO.

The SourceCon agenda is divided into three tracks to offer something for practitioners of all skill levels.

  • Sourcing Lab: Learn the in’s and out’s of the latest sourcing tools and tricks, and how to successfully implement them for immediate results.
  • Fundamentals Track: Explore the core fundamentals of sourcing and strengthen your knowledge of current trends affecting sourcers and recruiters.
  • Leadership Track: Managers of sourcing teams face specific challenges. Discover the strategies and techniques that will ensure your team’s success.

General sessions will focus on topics such as the future of internet search, employer branding for sourcers, and proven sourcing methodologies to help sourcers and recruiters practically implement the tools and techniques shared during this two day event.

Jeremy Roberts, SPHR, is VP, Customer Experience at HiringSolved. He is the previous Editor of SourceCon. Prior to joining the ERE Media team, he spent over a decade working as a recruiter, sourcer, and sourcing manager. This time was spent in diverse environments, including third party agency settings (retained and contingent), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) providers, and internal corporate HR departments. His previous employers include the MHA Group, Ajilon Finance, Korn Ferry Futurestep, Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, and Randstad Sourceright, US. He resides in Corinth, TX with his wife and 3 children.
