People aggregators are the hot new product for sourcers and recruiters. However, not many practitioners have actually had the opportunity to log in and experiment with these new resources. Note: Identified Recruit is mentioned in this video but it’s not actually an aggregator. Identified is using their new technology, SYMAN, to organize the unstructured data found on Facebook. The last time I spoke with the founders of Identified they weren’t ready to give me a login so i am unable to review the tool.

As someone who loves to source it’s refreshing to have tools like Dice Open Web and Entelo. With so many resources to find people these days it’s great to be able to navigate through the open web to find great people. As Johnnie mentioned in the video it is also good to know and understand boolean logic. There may be times when you will need to utilize such logic with these aggregators. Great video!
I agree, no matter how advanced tools get, you have an advantage if you know boolean. It seems like every tool misses a few people. That can make a big difference in a tough search.
