BooleanAssistant is exactly what it says a assistant to help you right Boolean strings that then can be used in LinkedIn, Google, and most sites. In addition to this it also can find emails addresses for people in LinkedIn and other places. In the picture below there are 3 snapshots. The first is the tool itself that you see when you click the link on the ribbon. The second is of a Boolean string it created for a java developer. Then the last of finding email of  a candidate I found using the string it created in LinkedIn.

The Good: Easy enough to use.

The Bad: You have to copy the string to were you want to search. Emails not always right.

The Ugly: Have to manually add xray or filetype or advance boolean commands. Really just a semantic string creator.
