The First Person to Complete the Pre-Conference SourceCon Challenge Is…..

The first participant to complete the online SourceCon Challenge is Amie Ernst! She is now eligible to participate in the onsite sourcing challenge during SourceCon After Dark in Seattle. The winner of the onsite challenge will be crowned the 2013 Sourcing Grand Master. If you haven’t started on the challenge yet, there is still time. We currently have 213 people who are actively working to solve the series of problems presented. To keep up with what others are saying about the challege follow #challengeSEA on Twitter.

Jeremy Roberts, SPHR, is VP, Customer Experience at HiringSolved. He is the previous Editor of SourceCon. Prior to joining the ERE Media team, he spent over a decade working as a recruiter, sourcer, and sourcing manager. This time was spent in diverse environments, including third party agency settings (retained and contingent), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) providers, and internal corporate HR departments.   1. Thanks Jeremy!! It has been awesome being apart of the SC community and I always look forward to the SC Challenge every year. I haven’t been able to participate in the challenge the past few years, but neat to come back and win!
