We’re excited to announce that the SourceCon, the original sourcing conference, is returning to Atlanta on February 19-20, 2014!
Is this a good event for you? The easiest way to answer that is to describe our attendees and how we’ve organized the agenda.
The SourceCon audience is very diverse. Conference attendees come from large corporate recruiting departments, recruitment process outsourcing providers, and agencies (retained and contingent). The level of the attendees ranges from recruiting coordinators transitioning into sourcing roles for the first time, to VP’s of Talent Acquisition for Fortune 100 companies.
In designing this agenda, it was our mission is to be the conference that provides what all of these groups need – strategic leadership discussions about sourcing, core fundamentals of candidate identification and engagement, and practical labs demonstrating application of the latest advanced sourcing tips and tricks.
The general sessions are designed to be relevant to all attendees regardless of the type of company they work for and their level within the organization.
Chris Sherman, Founding Editor of SearchEngineLand.com, will cover The Future of Internet Search.
Johnny Campbell, CEO of Social Talent, will present From Identification to Engagement; Putting Together the Pieces.
Jim Schnyder, Sourcing Leader at Pepsico, will discuss New Ways to Engage Passive and Active Candidates: Beyond Social Overload.
Glen Cathey, SVP Talent Acquisition Strategy and Innovation, NRC at KForce, will discuss Methodologies to Take “Hacks” and “Tricks” to the Next Level.
We have divided the concurrent sessions into three tracks to ensure all attendees have an option relevant to their role, at all times, throughout the conference.
