SourceCon Live Recap: The DNA of a Dynamic Recruiting Community

Over the years, dynamic recruiting “hotspots” have popped up around the country. These communities are known by recruiters and recruiting leaders for nurturing the talent residing in their areas. For last weeks episode of SourceCon Live, I assembled a panel of people representing several recruiting and sourcing associations from around the country. These leaders of local associations shared some of the history of their organizations and some of the best practices that have allowed them to be effective.

Jeremy Roberts, SPHR, is VP, Customer Experience at HiringSolved. This time was spent in diverse environments, including third party agency settings (retained and contingent), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) providers, and internal corporate HR departments.
