Roy Maurer, editor at the Society for Human Resource Management, predicted that employer branding would continue to grow in 2016 and it did. According to LinkedIn’s 2017 Global Recruiting Trends survey, 59 percent of leaders said they would start investing in employer branding. This trend has increased over 10 percent in the last two years. Will employer branding continue to change how companies operate and think about finding new talent?
Jonathan Kestenbaum, executive director at Talent Tech Labs, predicted that companies would start leveraging social recruiting much better than before. This rang true when recruiters started looking at more unconventional methods to find top talent. This included Snapchat, Reddit, Github, and Dribble.
