8 Tools Sourcers and Recruiters Should Add to Their Tool Belts

Today, on the #SourceCon Live Google+ Hangout ON AIR, Dean Dacosta shared several tools for recruiters and sourcers. Tools discussed include Tweet Adder, Search-IM, sourcing.recruiting.com, Copernic, Connectifier (private beta), Elite People Search, MillionShort, and CVfox.

Connectifier stands out to me as the most interesting. It’s currently in private beta so the only way to get access is through Dean. Since we’re all recruiters and sourcers, we’ll let you track down his contact information on your own.

  1. Great Stuff Again Dean! I’ve been using connectifier for some months now and it’s my most important sourcing tool. BTW master sourcers could also find the download url themselves, that’s all i’m saying 🙂

  2. Jeremy, you always have great subject matter that you bring to SourceCon.com – many thanks! Great stuff here by Dean and as Jan mentioned, the download url for Connectifier can be found through some simple searching – Dana Young

  3. Great post! I agree that connectifier is a great tool! I have it stacked on top of my LinkedIn recruiter account and use it every day.

  4. So Connectifier is illegally aggregating private profiles on LinkedIn. Mark my words in the next month or so how LinkedIn will not only find out about Connectifier, but pursue legal actions against them and shut them down. #ceaseanddesist

  5. You forgot http://www.Namegeneration.net they offer both resumes and social data on over 14 million professionals. Plus their pricing is far easier to swallow then any other recruiting tool out there. No view or download limits. You can download data that can be used in your own ATS or CRM.
